ABOUT ME

PETRI STRYDOM

I’m Petri Strydom, a bike fitting specialist based in Overijse, Belgium.

At Cyclofitt, my focus is simple: being comfortable on your bike should not be optional — it should be the norm.

Cycling has been part of my life since childhood, and I’ve called Belgium home since 2018. With a degree in Sport Sciences, bike fitting training, and experience in the cycling industry, I’ve built a practical approach to bike fitting that connects the right setup with the right rider — not a generic “one size fits all” position.

After a back injury caused by a cycling accident, I became even more committed to helping riders find a position that supports their individual body and goals. A good bike fit should improve comfort and control, reduce unnecessary strain, and help you ride efficiently for the long term.

What you can expect in a session
Every bike fit session is interactive and personalised.

We work together to:

  • Clarify your riding goals and any discomfort (knees, back, neck/shoulders, hands or feet)

  • Understand your current setup and what may be holding you back

  • Make practical adjustments to improve comfort, stability and efficiency

  • Leave you with a position that feels right — and a clear explanation of what changed and why

Who Cyclofitt helps
